We are seeking an AI & Automation Implementation Analyst to lead and support initiatives that advance the organization’s use of artificial intelligence and process automation. This position is responsible for managing AI-driven projects from concept through implementation, bridging business needs with technical solutions to ensure that tools are accurate, reliable, and add measurable value.
The Analyst will work directly with business leadership, IT, and external development partners to refine, test, and deploy AI solutions currently in development, including tools for case summarization, chat-based assistance, document navigation, and award drafting. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for automation across business operations to improve efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI and automation initiatives from design through production.
- Validate and test AI tool outputs for accuracy, quality, and usability.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements and success metrics.
- Translate business needs into actionable AI technical requirements.
- Identify new use cases for AI and automation within business operations.
- Support project tracking, communication, and cross-functional alignment.
- Perform other business or systems analysis tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in business, systems, or operations analysis in a B2B or service-focused organization.
- Strong understanding of both business operations and technology.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts and tools; capable of leveraging AI to improve outcomes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at validating AI-generated results.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
