Position Description
Forthright is currently accepting applications for NJ Case Coordinators. In this role, you will manage arbitration cases under the New Jersey No-Fault system, ensuring compliance with established rules and procedures. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a solid understanding of the NJ No-Fault Rules, and the ability to work closely with a team and Dispute Resolution Professionals (DRPs).

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of arbitration cases in accordance with NJ No-Fault Rules.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure proper case management procedures are consistently followed.
- Provide administrative and procedural support to Dispute Resolution Professionals (DRPs).
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure all case-related deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide case updates.
- Identify and escalate any issues or deviations from standard processes to the appropriate parties.
- Thorough knowledge of the NJ No-Fault Rules (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply them).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
