Position Description
Primarily responsible for efficient and accurate entry of case data into the company’s case management system. Responsible for fax and mail components of case commencement. Retrieves, reviews and analyzes competitor decision data. Maintains case data in shared Provider portal. Supports essential operational functions pertaining to all FORUM business, as needed.    

General Duties and Responsibilities
•    Efficiently and accurately enters text based information from Complaints into the company’s case management system in prescribed time limits.
•    Prepares Complaint data for entry by reviewing, researching and verifying for accuracy.
•    Reviews Complaint data for deficiencies, errors and discrepancies and uses sound judgment in deducing or escalating.
•    Responds to queries for data information by running reports and analyzing data as needed.
•    Handles all mail and courier tasks for the department and company, including sorting and distributing the mail, as required.  Processes domain dispute commencement mail, as needed.  
•    Performs various office management duties, as assigned.
•    Proofs correspondence, documents and presentation slides as needed.
•    Works with IT on various tasks involving administrative departmental issues, as assigned.
•    Enters URS suspension details in shared case portal, as needed.
•    Scans and organizes Moving and Storage case related materials, as needed.
•    Complies with all data integrity and security policies/best practices. Maintains confidentiality of all case related and accessed information.
•    Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
•    The employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.  

Qualifications
•    H.S. diploma.  Additional computer training and data entry certifications preferred.  Experience working in court administration preferred.
•    Data entry experience required and multi-screen data entry experience is preferred.
•    Demonstrates accuracy and fast typing speed (60 WPM or more), even when faced with unconventional data containing intentional errors.
•    Demonstrates ability to understand, interpret and apply instructions, rules and procedures appropriately, and as needed.
•    Must be dependable and self-driven. Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take appropriate initiative, as required.   
•    Focused and dedicated to producing quality work on a regular and predictable basis, without sacrificing productivity.
•    Demonstrates ability to review own work performed and proofread work of others. 
•    Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills. Effectively interfaces with both internal staff and external contacts. 
•    Must demonstrate a professional, positive attitude, promoting a good team environment.  
•    Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.  
•    Demonstrates ability to effectively measure and manage work.
•    Demonstrates the ability to handle and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting sensitive deadlines.  
•    Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
•    Demonstrates ability to cope with stress when faced with tight, time sensitive deadlines. 
•    Demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive, confidential information.
•    Demonstrates proficiency on operating office equipment needed to perform the job.
•    Must be comfortable with technology.  Possesses strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Office/Outlook, Word, Excel and Web Browsers.

This Position Will Require​​​​​
•    Sitting at a desk for over an hour. 
•    Occasionally this person may be required to work extra hours.
